  4. Consultancy related to various approvals like Registration from CREDA, EHV connectivity, power flow evacuation etc.
  5. Facilitating in obtaining all statutory & non-statutory clearances required for setting up of a Coal Based / Bio-mass / Solar Power Plant.
  6. Works related to land acquisition, conducting detailed study for preparation of Rehabilitation and Resettlement Schemes for setting up of the power plant.
  7. Dealing with Regulatory affairs i.e. with CERC, CSERC, Appellate Authorities, New Delhi etc.
  8. Consultancy services in regard to survey &RoW for EHV, erection of tower lines & other infrastructure works.
  9. Preparation of Techno-Economic Feasibility Report (TEFR) for Power Plants of various capacities.
  10. Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) for Thermal / Solar Power Project of various capacities ranging upto 660 MW (Supercritical).
  11. Facilitating in obtaining forest clearance stage-I and stage-II including complete consultancy for Transmission Line and Projects.
  12. Selection of suitable site for the power projects (including Solar Projects), optimizing the site, based on essential techno-economic considerations.
  13. Arranging short term / long term Power Purchase Agreements with end users/ needy States, for selling of generated power, at attractive rates. Facilitating investors to enter into MoU / PPA through competitive bidding.
  14. Interstate Power Trading on short term / long-term basis.
  15. Complete consultancy for the projects of EHV lines & Sub-station for electrification for construction power, start power including their execution on Turnkey Basis.

II. Our Consultancy services (related to EHV lines & Substations):

  1. Preparation of proposal / documents for evacuation / availing of power for the plant with CPP, so as to economize the project availing the possible benefits under the prevailing regulations / Elect.Act,2003.
  2. Conducting preliminary survey for laying 132 kV line from your plant to the nearest 132 kV MPPTCL/CSPTCL S/s.
  3. Indicating at least two alternative routes on Survey of India Map of 1:50000 with the details of RoW/coverage etc and other required details as per the requirement of State transmission company and suggesting the most suitable / economical one (keeping in view minimum RoW problems), considering the all essential techno-economic aspects.
  4. Preparation of Feasibility Report of EHV line for approval from the competent authority. Conducting detailed survey of the recommended route (as finalized by State Transmission Company)through total station with minimum RoW issues & preparation of single line diagram of the proposed route, indicating all the necessary details like power line crossings, road, river, Railway line crossings etc. (as applicable) along with the coverage/ type of land etc.
  5. Providing necessary design & readymade solution for erection of special type of monopole (in place of conventional towers) where erection of tower is not techno-commercially viable due to Row problem.
  6. Preparation of ground profile based on the detailed survey, indicating leveling and clearances etc along with SR values with all the relevant details and submission to State transmission company for its approval.
  7. Preparation of complete proposal along with drawings and design of towers, foundation, SLD indicating all power line crossings, details of ROW (based on the detailed survey / profile), for obtaining approval of the State Govt.(being an essential requirement) for laying of dedicated line under Section 68 of the Electricity Act,2003.
  8. Execution of 132 KV/220 KV lines & relative Switchyard on the Turnkey basis.
  9. Preparation of documents for PTCC route proposal with all the technical details and obtaining its approval from Power & Telecommunication Coordination Committee, Govt, of India, as per the requirement of State transmission company.
  10. Resolving of ROW “Right of way” issues for laying the transmission line and assessment of compensation to the effected land owners as per the state Govt. guide lines side their latest notification dtd: – 01.06.2017.
  11. Resolving of forest clearance whatsoever coming enroute of the transmission line, right from registration of the case upto stage-I & II approval from MNRE.
  12. Preparation of proposal for NH-Crossing, EHT line, covering Railway crossing, forest etc. with their approval including aviation approval as applicable.
  13. Development of complete design, Engineering, layout drawing for dedicated 132 kV or 220 KV line and 220/ 132 kV S/s at plant site along with all technical details of all equipments.
  14. Facilitating in obtaining approval of layout drawing of 132 KV plant sub-station along with technical details from State transmission company meeting all the technical requirements of synchronization for its charging, complying with the requirements of State Grid Code and as applicable.
  15. Obtaining approvals of drawing and layout of 132 kV sub-station from the Chief Electrical Inspectorate (CEI), Raipur, of both the aforesaid works (i.e 132 kV line & sub-station) for their commencement at site.
  16. All work related to the Chief Electrical Inspectorate for obtaining permission for charging of 132 kV line, sub-station as per requirement.
